Jenifer Castellucci is a native southern Californian who moved to Marvin four years ago and never wants to leave. She has a BA in Psychology and a minor in Religion from University of Southern California, a JD from University of San Diego, and is a member of the California Bar. She left law to pursue archaeology, first Spanish Colonial and then Ancient Egypt, earning a diploma in Egyptology from the University of Manchester, UK while also working as a stay at home mom of two. She later became an elementary and middle school art teacher and is now a full time professional artist and fiction writer.

Jenifer’s love for plants and animals, both wild and domestic, is evident in her artwork, her passion for gardening, and her personal pack of big fluffy dogs. She is excited to combine her appreciation of the local landscape and its residents, again both wild and domestic, with her diverse experiences to volunteer as a member of the Parks, Recreation, and Greenways Board.

Mrs. Castellucci was elected as the Chair of the PR&G Board on December 5, 2023.
