Kelly started her career in advertising at a Fortune 500 company, but eventually realized she had a passion for serving children. For the last 20 years, Kelly has served tens of thousands of children across the U.S., internationally, and throughout the Charlotte region as an educator and non-profit leader. Primarily focusing on ensuring children and families have access to the tools they need to succeed academically, Kelly motivates and manages people (and personalities) from across industries to help solve the complex problems caused by poverty. Kelly and her family have lived in Marvin for 7+ years.
